3. While in the case where your subscription passes 30 calendar days, it will be sorry that there will not be a full refund. However Bluehost will give you a pro-rated refund. Pro-rated is calculated based on monthly. For example if you have paid 12 months subscription fee and you decided to quit Bluehost after spending 2 months and 29 days, you will get a 10 months refund.
4. For your information, Bluehost web hosting does come with one free domain name. The free domain name is associated with the web hosting. So when you decide to cancel the account, the free domain name ownership will be an issue. According to Term of Service of Bluehost hosting, it could be fully retained with a payment of $10 per domain.
5. All cancellation and refund requests shall be directed filed via email sent to billing@bluehost.com.
